About DME:
Delhi Metropolitan Education, Noida is a premier Educational Institute affiliated to the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. The college offers B.A. LLB (H), BB.A. LLB (H), B.A.(JMC) and BBA courses. Our vision at DME is “to create an inspirational setting where global standards of learning, ethical professional practices and academic and scholarly deliberations are practised towards attaining individual growth." Since its inception, the college has attained numerous laurels to its credit and has successfully attained a distinguished stature. For two consecutive years, it has bagged an 'A Grade' Certificate from the G.G.S.I.P.U and an ‘A+ Grade’ from NAAC. ME Moot Court Society, under the aegis of Faculty, Student Conveners and the Executive Board has organized a number of prestigious moots, including the DME National Moot Court Competitions (DMENMCC) in the years 2017 to 2023 all of these moots were one of their kind as the problem for the moot and the rules for the competition were drafted in a way which allowed the participants to use an innovative approach while mooting.
About the Event:
DME National Moot Court Competition, 2024 is aimed towards ensuring that the students are made aware of the importance of Arbitration Laws. Keeping the above in mind, the Moot Proposition has been made with a problem based upon international arbitration, since it is an important field and needs to be explored more by the members of the legal fraternity, especially the law students at the primary stage. We are thrilled to announce that we will be honoured by the esteemed presence of Hon’able Mr. Justice C.T. Ravikumar, a distinguished judge of the Supreme Court of India, as our chief guest for the inaugural ceremony. We are proud to have Unacademy as our titled sponsor. Joining us in this endeavour are esteemed partners such as TILA, Triumvir, IAMCH, and Lawchakra. SCC Online and CC Times have graciously joined us as our exclusive knowledge and media partners respectively. Essential Drop and Singhania & Partners are our valued academic sponsors for the event. Furthermore, Senior Advocate Adish Aggarwala, President of the Supreme Court Bar Association, will preside over the Final Rounds and joining as a distinguished chief guest in our valedictory ceremony.

Awards and Accolades:
· The Winning Team shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 40,000/- INR and an Internship Opportunity at the International Arbitration and mediation Centre.
· The Runners-up Team shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 25,000/- INR and an Internship Opportunity at the International Arbitration and Mediation
Centre.
· The Best Speaker (Male and Female) shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 5,000/- INR each.
· The Best Memorial from both teams shall be awarded a Trophy and cash prize of 5,000/- INR each.
The Best Researcher (Male and Female) shall be awarded a Trophy and a cash prize of 5,000/- INR each.
