Mr. Sandhu, a 2004 graduate from Guru Nanak Dev University, secured his LLM in Business Law from University of Kurukshetra in the year 2006.
His expertise lies in Dispute Resolution and he holds experience in civil and commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency matters, white-collar crimes and various other corporate disputes.
Mr. Sandhu spent 12 years as Principal Associate at Karanjawala & Co. before joining DLF Limited. Mr. Sandhu has handled cases for international and national clients including high net individuals and corporate houses such as Mr. Jack Dorsey (Former Founder & CEO Twitter), Mr. Ratan Tata (Chairman Emeritus Tata Sons), Mr. M.J. Akbar (Former Cabinet Minister), Mr. Prakash Singh Badal (Ex-CM of Punjab), Mr. Gautam Thapar (Indian Businessman), Mr. Anil Ambani, Mr. Bikram jeet Singh Majithia (Ex- finance minister of Punjab), 2G Spectrum Scam, M/s Tata Sons, and Adani Group, Raheja Developers Ltd, Birla Group, among others, during his stint at Karanjawala & Co.
Mr. Sandhu will be based out of DLF Limited’s Connaught Place office.
