No Return, No Exchange, Only Replacement Policy

Thank you for choosing Desi Kaanoon Store for your premium gifting needs. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, please review our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Replacement for Damaged Products:

We understand that occasionally, products may arrive damaged due to handling during shipping. In such cases, we offer replacements for damaged items.
To request a replacement, customers must provide a pre-opening video showcasing the unboxing process and the condition of the product immediately upon receiving the package. The video must clearly display any damage to the product or its packaging. Replacement requests without a pre-opening video will not be entertained.

2. No Return or Exchange for Personalized Items:

Please note that personalized items, including engraved or customized products, cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Personalized items are crafted specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

3. Conditions for Replacement:

Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. The damaged item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse replacement if the damage is determined to be caused by misuse or mishandling.

4. How to Request a Replacement:

To request a replacement for a damaged item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Provide your order number and attach the pre-opening video showcasing the damage.

5. Shipping Costs for Replacement:

Desi Kaanoon will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item, which shall be a maximum of Rs. 70. Customers are responsible for shipping the damaged item back to us, if requested, in accordance with our instructions.

6. Processing Time for Replacements:

Once we receive and verify the pre-opening video and the damage, we will process the replacement order. Replacement processing time may vary depending on product availability and shipping logistics.

7. Cancellation of Replacement Requests:

Replacement requests cannot be canceled once they are approved and processed. If you wish to cancel a replacement request, please contact us immediately at info.desikaanoonstore@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the replacement process has not yet begun.
