The Firm has its principal office at Ahmedabad and a pan-India presence including offices in Mumbai, Jodhpur and New Delhi.
About the Opportunity:
NSA Legal is a full-service law firm based out of principal office at Ahmedabad and are looking for interns that can join on an immediate basis for the month March 2024-April 2024.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:

- Pursuing LLB / Law degree courses from any recognised law school.
- Advanced knowledge of computers (MS Office, infographics, adobe etc.) will be preferred.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively use research tools to support the team (SCC online, Manupatra, Taxmann, IBC Laws).
- Good understanding of legal subjects and ability to build on this knowledge.
- Ability to analyse facts and laws and strategically present them to the team.
- Multi-tasking skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drafting legal documents with precision and attention to detail
- Handling petitions, replies, and other legal correspondence
- Legal Research
- Court visits (High Court, NCLT, RERA Tribunal and other forums)
- Assistance in drafting
- Assistance in filing of cases
- Prepare case briefs/case notes and other documents required by the seniors.

Stipend:
Promising interns with Experience/Performance will be offered long term internship along with stipend.
