About the Opportunity:
This opportunity is designed not just as an internship but as a stepping stone to a promising career in law. Selected interns who demonstrate exceptional performance, dedication, and a strong fit with our firm’s values may be offered full-time positions upon the completion of their legal studies. The internship duration will be for a minimum of 3 months, with flexibility based on the intern’s academic commitments and the firm’s requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal research and drafting memos, briefs, and documents.
- Support the team in preparing for cases, including gathering evidence and documentation.
- Attend client meetings and court proceedings with senior lawyers for practical exposure.
- Contribute to the firm’s publications and newsletters.
- Participate actively in all learning and training sessions provided by the firm.
- Handle any additional tasks or projects as assigned by the mentoring attorney’s cases, including gathering evidence and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently enrolled in an LLB or LLM program at a recognized university.
- A strong academic record with an interest in corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, or arbitration.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship experience in a law firm or legal department is advantageous but not mandatory.
Stipend:
A competitive stipend will be provided to all interns. The exact amount will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
