About the Job:
- Candidate will be responsible for preparation of Legal Reports, APF, CF, Vetting of Property Documents and providing constant support to business and credit team in successfully achieving business numbers
- Sound Understanding of Local Laws and Regulations that impact business in general
- Knowledge of Various collaterals and risk associated with them
- Recommend the Legal related deviations while safeguarding the risk of the Company
- Any Other responsibilities assigned by the Immediate senior and / or HOD
- Responding to legal Queries and handling MIS functions
Eligibility:
- Qualification: LLB
- PQE: 1-2 years of experience in Business Legal/ Non-Litigation profile
- Businesses are legal and should be aware of the property laws of the state. Should be ready to make internal legal reports and knowledge of revenue records. Should be able to read and write local language
