Experience:
Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background experience. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills.
Role:
Legal Sr. Executive (Non – Litigation)
Remuneration:
Depend upon previous experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Drafting of various Agreements including but not limited to Production Services, Licenses, and Acquisitions.
2. Vetting/reviewing of all forms of Agreements and Contracts.
3. Coordinating with Clients.
4. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints
5. Handling ancillary Non-Litigation work.
We are looking for candidates with a vision of long-term association and possessing at minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in dealing with above-mentioned responsibilities.
