A law firm specializing in Corporate Advisory, Commercial Litigation and arbitration, invites applications for the post of Associate for a diverse role comprising litigation and corporate work across multiple branches of law at their office in New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Litigation Management
- Legal Compliance & Licensing
- Legal Drafting
- Appearances before various courts and tribunals
- Research work
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be 4th /5th year law students
- Must possess good research and writing skills, and legal aptitude
- Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Able to identify and escalate issues timely and appropriate.
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Working knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, especially Word & Excel
