The following internship experience has been shared by Sonal Darbar pursuing LL.B. from Rizvi Law College. She is currently in her third year of post graduation.

Duration:
From last two years after which she joined them.
Application Procedure:
The intern has to submit their CV on their mail ID after which they are called for an interview. She got the reference of the firm from an acquaintance.
Main Tasks:
Since the firm works on civil side, her role is to draft/file the suits, applications, petitions, notices, affidavits, notice of motions, summons for judgment, complaints and letters. Apart from this, she has been entrusted with research work, attending meetings and explaining clients about their matters. She also has to send daily updates to the clients via mail as to whatever happens in their matter everyday. She has been attending the matters in court and updating her seniors regarding developments in a case.
Good Things:
She believes that with time, she has gained knowledge about almost all kinds of matters and clients recognize her as well. In a nutshell, she is learning alot.
Bad Things:
The working schedule can be a negative aspect since the working hours are 10:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
