About the Organization
The Canonsphere has conducted various social and academic events for the purpose of providing legal literacy and opportunities to the law students out there. It strives to render comprehensive information on numerous matters, covering those aspects of the socio-legal world that we believe people and society at large should interact with more. We also assist our followers in developing an immeasurable understanding and awareness about the happening contemporary issues.
About the Competition
Canonsphere is introducing the drafting competition on Bail Application. This competition aims to help the students to improve their drafting skills and to test their methods and capabilities of drafting.
Who can Participate
Students who are pursuing Undergraduate Courses (BA.LLB/ BBA.LLB/ LLB) can participate in the Competition.
Registration fees and Procedure
Registration Charges are Rs. 70 Rs. (Seventy Rupees).

Submission Procedure
The problem will be released on 22nd December 2021. Submissions will start from 25 December 2021 and last date of submission is 26 December 2021. Every Participant has to submit the draft to spherecanon@gmail.com with the Subject “SUBMISSION FOR DRAFTING COMPETITION”.
Body of Email Should contain the following details-
Name of Participant
Code provided by the Organizing Committee (OC)
Evaluation Parameters in the Competition
1. Knowledge of law- 10 Marks
2. Mentioning of necessary facts- 10 Marks
3. Grammar, Font size and style – 10 Marks
Rules & Regulations
• Formatting: Font style – Times New Roman, font size – 12, line spacing – 1.5, justified alignment, paragraph spacing – 0 pt. before and after, a 1-inch margin on all sides.
• Plagiarism must not exceed 20%.
• The Draft shall be drafted in English language only.
• The Draft shall not exceed more than 6 Legal-sized typewritten pages.
• The final copy must be submitted only in .pdf format.
• Any technical issue faced by any participant shall entirely be his responsibility and organizers are not liable towards the same.
• The problem and Clarifications will be provided in our official WhatsApp group.
• The document containing the Draft shall not reveal the identity of the participants, in any manner whatsoever.

E-certificates to all the participants.

First Runner-up – 200 Rs.
Second Runner-up – 70 Rs.
