Zia Judicials is an immensely progressive result of the vision of its founder-Mr. Zia Ansari. ‘Art of Judgment Writing’ is one such event being organized by their Legal Research Cell in view of commemorating the 70th year of enactment of our Constitution. The event is scheduled to be held on 24th November and will be graced by the benign presence of dignitaries like Hon’ble Mr. Justice K.G. Balkrishnan (Former Chief Justice of India) and Mr. KTS Tulsi (Hon’ble Member of Parliament and Senor Advocate, Supreme Court of India).
The much-awaited event shall comprise active discussions and lectures on Legal Ethics, provisions under CPC and Crpc, and a Judgment writing exercise; apart from a talk on essentials of a Judgment.
