Course Introduction
This is a 10-day course on the topic of legal notice. In this course, we will discuss the history of legal notice, how it came into existence, and how it is important for advocates. To begin with, as we all know that in ancient times there was no concept of civil wrong, but as civilisation progressed and the legal system developed, there came the concept of civil wrong and as a result came the concept of a legal notice. A legal notice has its advantages, as it helps solve many disputes by saving the time and cost involved in filing a suit or a case before the court.

About the faculty:
Mr. Prakarsh Pandey is an advocate practicing at Allahabad High Court, Lucknow bench. In five years, he has appeared in a variety of cases which includes criminal matters, Service matters, customer matters, public interest litigation and so on. He has authored books on the law of evidence, the Indian penal code, code of criminal procedure code, and has co-authored books on advanced legal drafting and hundred landmark judgements in criminal law, all of which have been best sellers on Amazon.
