MapMyCrop, an agri-tech startup, successfully secured ₹15.7 crore ($1.8 million) in a seed funding round led by YourNest Venture Capital, with additional contributions from angel investors, including Eaglewings Ventures.
Legal advisory for this transaction was provided by Goyel & Goyal, who assisted MapMyCrop on all aspects of the deal, including structuring, compliance, and regulatory guidance.
