About the Organization
Legal Wing is an online platform consisting of a proficient team of advocates, legal academicians, legal luminaries and law students who are committed for the law student’s welfare by empowering them with Knowledge, legal opportunities, internships, jobs, study materials, and a lot of experience. We are striving for making a mutual learning environment for good academicians and lawyers. It is an online venture established with the joint efforts of law students and law professionals to disseminate various law opportunities, jobs, internships, legal resources, consultancy, etc. to all the deserving people who usually remain deprived of all these things.

About the Webinar
Legal Wing is organizing a webinar on one of the most debatable issue going on in the society i.e. Secularism & Blasphemy with our honourable member of the Advisory Board, Adv. Rahul Tiwari. The webinar will focus upon the ongoing critical issues related to the topic and also the legal provisions, recent rulings and the new amendments related with it which may be useful for the upcoming competitive exams and other events.
About the Speaker
Advocate Rahul Tiwari has obtained his LLM, with 8.35 CGPA (Distinction Holder), specialising in Cyber Crime & Economic offence. He has presented 25 Research papers in various international and national seminars, in Denmark, NLSIU Bangalore, BHU, CNLU Patna, IIT Hyderabad, NLU Odisha, IIIT Allahabad, Delhi University and has 7 Unpaid publications in prestigious journals including the UGC approved one. Apart from legal practise and research, he loves teaching students (Colleges & School). He has been invited as Guest Speaker on 5 Webinars where he taught law students about basics of Criminal & Constitutional Law. He has taught more than 200 students on criminal law though certificate courses.
