Voltas Limited, has appointed Ms. Juhi Chaudhary as its Head of Legal.
A leading Indian air conditioning company, Voltas Limited is a part of the prestigious Tata Group headquartered in Mumbai.
As of March 7, 2025, Ms. Chaudhary has been in charge of legal and compliance issues throughout Voltas’ diverse business segments, including cooling solutions, home appliances, and engineering projects.
Ms. Juhi Chaudhary brings with her over 18 years of legal expertise. Before this role, she was General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Rallis India Limited. Throughout her career, she has held senior legal positions at prominent organizations, including Essel Finance Group, Thomson Reuters, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, Vaish Associates & Advocates, and Seth Dua & Associates.
Throughout the company’s international activities in India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa, Ms Chaudhary will ensure alignment in regulations.
