Mr. Suri’s career spans over two decades, during which he has handled complex and high-value real estate transactions across the country. He spent nearly 18 years with Luthra and Luthra, where he served in various senior roles, including as a partner. His professional journey is marked by extensive involvement in property acquisitions, development, investment structuring, sales, leasing, collaborations, and construction contracts.

His portfolio also includes advising clients on multi-state legal matters related to property ownership, leasing agreements, documentation, stamping, registration, permitted usage, and regulatory approvals. Additionally, Mr. Suri has conducted property due diligence and title verification on a pan-India basis, providing critical insights for structuring real estate transactions. He has also been instrumental in drafting a variety of legal documents such as joint venture agreements, development contracts, sale and lease deeds, settlement documents, and leave and license agreements.
