Emmvee Photovoltaic Power Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) for a proposed initial public offering (IPO) worth up to ₹3,000 crore.
Emmvee is a leading manufacturer of solar modules and provider of turnkey energy solutions. The firm is known for producing high-efficiency polycrystalline and monocrystalline PV modules.
Legal Advisors on the Deal
Trilegal is advising Emmvee and its promoter shareholders, Mr. Manjunatha Donthi Venkatarathnaiah and Ms. Shubha Manjunatha Donthi on the IPO. The promoters plan to sell shares valued at up to ₹856 crore. The deal is being led by Partner Vijay Parthasarathi, supported by Saurav Das and the associate team.
Lead Managers Get Legal Backing
TT&A is acting for the Book Running Lead Managers. These include JM Financial, IIFL Capital Services, Jefferies India, and Kotak Mahindra Capital. Partner Abhinav Kumar is heading the TT&A team, supported by a group of associates and a paralegal.
