Trilegal has acted as legal counsel to Adani Enterprises Limited and the lead managers in connection with the listing of non-convertible debentures (NCDs), aggregating to a total issue size of ₹1,000 crore, under a public debt offering. The lead managers to the issue included Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, Trust Investment Advisors Private Limited, and Tipsons Consultancy Services Private Limited.

This marks Adani Enterprises’ second public debt issuance, which saw a robust investor response, being oversubscribed by nearly three times.
