Trilegal has advised Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited on its ₹1,500 Crore rights issue.
Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate arm of the Mahindra Group, is recognized for its environment-conscious residential projects and large-scale industrial clusters. The rights issue aims to raise capital to support ongoing developments, land acquisitions, and strategic expansion across India’s urban and semi-urban centres.
The rights issue involves offering equity shares to existing shareholders in a fixed ratio, allowing them to subscribe at a discounted price. The Board of Directors approved the issue in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, and the Letter of Offer will be filed with regulatory authorities for investor communication.
