Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has strengthened its Banking & Finance Practice with the appointment of Ms. Sugandha Asthana as a Partner, based in its Mumbai office.
With over 17 years of experience, Ms. Sugandha, an alumnus of Symbiosis International University, has handled a broad spectrum of debt and equity transactions. She previously served as a Partner at AZB & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas and most recently held the position of General Counsel at a rapidly growing fintech. Her extensive expertise in financing and equity transactions enables her to provide strategic counsel to prominent clients on complex deals.
