SKS Advisor formally announced the elevation of Ms. Neha Bhutoria and Mr. Kishan Bharadwaj to the position of Partner, acknowledging their long-standing contributions and dedication to the firm. The announcement stated that both professionals are esteemed members of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with Mr. Bhutoria having been associated with the firm for seven years and Bharadwaj for two.
It was highlighted that their deep domain expertise spans Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), and Corporate Governance & Compliance. According to the firm, their promotion to Partnership not only reflects their individual merit but also aligns with the broader vision of nurturing leadership internally.
