The students at MS University’s Faculty Of Law are protesting against the college for not getting its BA LL. B. course recognised by the Bar Council of India. The students accuse the faculties of risking the careers of their students.

The Vidyarthi Vikas Sangh (VVS) and the Law Faculty Students Association (LFSA) held the protest together. They claim that the BCI recognition has not been received since 2020. VVS President, Parth Pandya, stated that the BCI’s website discloses that the faculty is admitting students without undergoing the due inspections, which means that the graduating students cannot get the license to practice as an Advocate.

The students put up posters saying “Dean Missing” and locked his chamber. Later, the vigilance team of the university broke the lock.
