Mr. Partha Banerjee has stepped down from his role as Director & Head – Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, as well as Senior Management Personnel at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited. Before his association with the Company, he worked with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and ITC Limited. His professional expertise includes compliance, corporate law, and governance.
He is departing to explore a new career direction beyond the organization. Banerjee had been with Niva Bupa since October 20, 2016, and previously held positions at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and ITC Limited.
Mr. Partha Banerjee submitted his resignation from the position of Director & Head – Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs and also from the role of Senior Management Personnel of Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company Limited, stating in his resignation letter that he was resigning from the said positions in order to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization.
Partha held responsibilities encompassing legal, compliance, regulatory affairs, and fraud control. He earned his bachelor’s degree in law from Banaras Hindu University and pursued a master’s degree in law from OP Jindal Global University, Haryana.
