He is a practicing Advocate at Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court. The practice is majorly before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the NCLT & NCLAT and the NCDRC.
About the Opportunity:
Adv. Rahul Jajoo is looking for interns for the month of July’ 2024 for his office situated in Defence Colony, New Delhi. The office timings will be 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday) & 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Research on legal propositions including discussions on the propositions.
- Assistance in drafting pleadings, applications etc. to be filed before various courts.
- Assisting the legal team of the office in managing the cases listed daily before different courts.
Eligibility Criteria:
4th and 5th year (5 year law course) and 3rd year (3 year law course).
Salary:
The internship is inclusive of a stipend which will be subject to the performance and attendance of the candidate.
Location:
Defence Colony, New Delhi.
