TPG Growth has made a significant investment of $150 million in Tessolve, an important provider of semiconductor engineering services based in India. This investment marks a strategic move, enhancing Tessolve’s capabilities the growth of the semiconductor sector. Khaitan & Co. served as the legal advisors to TPG Growth throughout this extensive investment process.
