Requisite Qualifications and qualities :
- PQE: 0-4 years
- Growth oriented mindset
- Well versed with the basics of legal drafting
- Working knowledge of institutions of trail and Hon’ble high courts
- E-fillings, OCR, Bookmarking
- Basic to advance level command on oral and written legal English
- Good understanding of laws of the land.
Roles and responsibilities :
- Reviewing and drafting various legal documents, written statements, complaints, petitions, legal notices and etc.
- Preparing case briefs
- Independently handling miscellaneous applications in the respective courts.
- All Miscellaneous court related works
Remuneration:
10k-20K (As per evaluation of the experience and caliber of the candidate)
