About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated Legal Intern to support our legal team in ensuring compliance, drafting contracts, and conducting legal research. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations aligned with current laws and regulations while gaining valuable experience in various legal aspects.

Responsibilities:
- Review, track, and monitor legislation affecting DC’s operations, ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in implementing necessary changes to contracts to align with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on compliance obligations for both existing and upcoming DC projects.
- Draft, review, and refine legal contracts, agreements, MoUs, correspondence, and other critical documents.
- Maintain and organize legal and operational documentation to facilitate accessibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all legal documentation.
- Provide timely and accurate information and documentation to the finance team upon request.
- Support the legal team with various tasks as needed, including assistance during audits.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager or designated representative.
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times, including after the conclusion of the internship.
