About the Internship:
Are you a student or recent graduate with an interest in intellectual property and patent services? Tripify Pvt. Ltd. is offering a unique internship opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of patent-related services.
This internship will provide you with exposure to various aspects of intellectual property management and patent analysis, helping you build a strong foundation in the industry.
Eligibility:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in law, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in intellectual property and patent law.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of patent processes and procedures is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Patent Information Searching and AI-curated Patent Searches.
- Support Freedom to Operate Searches and Patent Landscape Analysis.
- Contribute to Design Patentability Searches and Non-Patent Literature Searches.
- Participate in Custom Patent Searches and Technology Scouting.
- Help with Patent Summary creation and New Application Scouting.
- Engage in Reverse Engineering, Patent Mining, and Market Surveillance Monitoring.
- Aid in Technical Monitoring, Competitor Monitoring, and Legal Status Monitoring.
- Assist in Patent Data Verification and European Patent (EP) Validation.
- Support Patent Filing Form Preparation and Patent Term Adjustments.
- Assist in drafting Office Action (OA) Responses and Proofreading Patents.
- Help prepare Information Disclosure Statements (IDS) and maintain Patent Docketing.
- Contribute to Patent Drawings/Illustrations and Design Patent Drawings.
- Support Patent Drafting, Sequence Listing, and India IP Filing tasks.
