The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow has wrapped up its MBA Summer Placements for the 2024-25 batch with record stipends and impressive recruiter engagement. The placements reflect the institute’s reputation for producing industry-ready leaders and attracting top-tier opportunities.
The average monthly stipend stood at ₹1.43 lakh, while the median stipend reached ₹1.50 lakh. The highest domestic stipend offered was an impressive ₹3.95 lakh per month, while international stipends averaged ₹1.75 lakh per month.
Professional Qualification of Students:
The placement report reveals that the IIM Lucknow 2025 batch is composed of highly qualified professionals with strong expertise in finance and accounting. Among them, seven students hold diverse professional certifications, 23 students are pursuing or have completed the CFA designation, and 22 students are Chartered Accountants. This reveals the batch’s impressive academic and professional depth.
Recruiter participation :
- New recruiters: Bank of New York Mellon, GMR Group, Arcesium, Maruti Suzuki, Paytm Money, Saint Gobain, NIIF, Sprinklr, SMBC, Tata Consumer Products, Tesco, and UKG.
- Legacy recruiters: McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, American Express, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, EY-Parthenon, Amazon, PwC, KPMG, and more.
The final placement outcomes for the PGP batch of 576 students were equally remarkable. The highest domestic package touched ₹75 LPA, while the top international offer was ₹65 LPA, with an average package of ₹32.3 LPA. Students received offers across diverse sectors including consulting, finance, sales, marketing, and general management.
