Hon’ble Justice Shivaraj V. Patil 1st National Moot Court Competition [Feb 15-16]: Register by Feb 5

MOOT COURT

With an objective to raise the standards of Legal Education in India, the Chembur Karnataka College of Law announces its Hon’ble Justice Shivaraj V. Patil 1st National Moot Court Competition scheduled on 15th & 16th, February 2020.

Chembur Karnataka College of Law invites law students of recognized Institutions/Universities who are currently pursuing their Bachelors’ Degree in Law i.e. 3-Years LL.B or 5-Years LL.B Integrated Programme, for the Hon’ble Justice Shivaraj V. Patil 1 st National Moot Court Competition which shall be presided over and judged by the Hon’ble Justices and renowned Advocates. The Moot Proposition for this competition involves contemporary issues.

The competition aims to provide law students, a better understanding and concern of Law, along with providing them a platform to exhibit their legal proficiency before experts in the field, thus testing the legal acumen, research, and oratory skills of the participating teams.

 

ABOUT CHEMBUR KARNATAKA COLLEGE OF LAW

Chembur Karnataka College of Law was started by the Chembur Karnataka Sangha in the year 2017 with an endeavor of setting up a state-of-art law college with an objective of providing and promulgating comprehensive legal education.

The objective of Chembur Karnataka College of Law is to provide an environment and infrastructure combined with equal focus on syllabus as well as extra-curricular activities like Intra-Moot Court Competition, providing Legal Aid and Court Visits along with various activities which equip our students to be a preferred choice of recruiters at the national as well as on the international level.

Chembur Karnataka College of Law has a tie-up with the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, Karnataka, which is one of the most prestigious institutions in India.
