Guidelines for Participating Group
- Each participating group is to be represented by students / young working adults of age group 15 to 30 years.
- Participants shall organize themselves in a group of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 10 persons per group.
- The focus of the presentation by each group should be one or more of the selected Sustainable Development Goals::
- Zero Hunger
- Positive Health for All
- Quality Education
- Employment
What each Group has to do?
Participant Teams shall be encouraged to present a storyline or a narrative that has an Action’ component. Action can be in form of a project they have undertaken, innovative ideas they have to solve an issue, case studies of unique Sustainable Development Goals that are already implemented in their own geographies/environment.
- Proposed projects are encouraged to feature :
- Critical studies
- Current projects which are related and interesting are relevant to one of the four topics.
- Any interesting projects the participants have undertaken or currently pursuing
Scientifically Valid Surveys ~~~ in the basti nearby, hygiene in school or workplace or any such other in the vicinity
Representing the way these issues have been tackled in their daily personal and family/community routines will be appreciated. The group can narrate the project in story form, live narratives and can even film the entire action. The
The presentation should innovative while capturing and communicating the selected topic.
Ø Each group presentation should not be more than 5 MINUTES
Ø Participants can represent and communicate their presentation through:
• Audio / Live interactive team presentation ( pre-rehearsed)
• Audio Visual Communications
• PowerPoint Presentation
Ø The preferred language is English for presentation. Regional language with English Subtitles would also be accepted.
Ø Presentations are encouraged to be original. Plagiarism would not be accepted.
Proper referencing and credits should be given if any external idea/ resource/ image/ video etc is incorporated.
Ø GCF Delhi team will provide all necessary support and guidance to the participating groups.
Ø Each participating team has to submit the presentation by 23:59 hours by 10th September 2021 at GCFIndiaOffice@gmail.com

How do we approach potential groups?
An introductory invite letter, guidelines for participation and a Poster sent through email.
Participation of Youth and Adults – all to invite friends and colleagues, College students, High school students etc
Evaluation of the Teams:
The Projects submitted will be evaluated on the following criteria:
Ø Understanding & Imbibing the selected topic
Ø Degree of Innovation of the presentation
Ø Scalability of the Project
Awards and Certificates:
- All the participants shall be named as “Sustainable Development Ambassadors” in the Certificates issued. Every participant gets a Certificate of Participation.
- Top 3 Outstanding Team Presentations to be presented a “Special Mention” Certificate.
