Indian law firm AZB & Partners has onboarded Dhruti Dholakia as a partner in its Mumbai office. Dholakia, who previously held the position of President – Legal at Macrotech Developers, brings with her an impressive three-decade-long career in the real estate sector.
With an extensive background in real estate transactions, legal advisory, land acquisitions, financing, corporate structuring, and litigation, Dholakia is expected to add considerable depth to AZB’s already robust real estate team. Her expertise spans negotiating high-stakes deals, conducting due diligence, and advising on complex legal frameworks governing real estate projects.
