Prof. Dadhich’s career includes roles as Director at Manipal Law School, Bengaluru, and Dean at IFIM Law School, Bengaluru. He has been a visiting research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich, the Institute of European Studies in Brussels, and King’s College London. Additionally, he has worked as an Advocate in the Supreme Court of India and consulted for Deloitte and EY, Gide Loyrette Nouel in Paris, White & Case in Brussels, and the Competition Commission of India.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Prof Dadhich said, “Late Shri Dhirubhai Ambani always stood for excellence on a global scale. I am excited to work with the DAU team on this journey to build a world-class institution in legal education.”
Formerly known as Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology (DA-IICT), DAU was established through an Act passed by the Gujarat legislature in 2003. This Act has enabled the transformation of DA-IICT into a multi-disciplinary education and research university, paving the way for the new School of Law.
