Gentari Renewables India has successfully acquired a 1.6 GW renewable energy portfolio from Brookfield Asset Management. The transaction is being executed in two phases, with the first phase comprising the sale of 1 GW of operational assets which is already completed.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) played a crucial role as the legal advisor to Gentari, handling all aspects of due diligence and investment structuring.
