Requisite Qualifications and qualities :
- PQE: 0-5 years
- Growth-oriented mindset
- Well-versed with the basics of legal drafting
- Working knowledge of institutions of trial and the Hon’ble High Courts
- E-filings, OCR, Bookmarking
- Basic to advanced level command of oral and written legal English
- Good understanding of the laws of the land.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reviewing and drafting various legal documents, written statements, complaints, petitions, legal notices, etc.
- Preparing case briefs;
- Independently handling miscellaneous applications in the respective courts;
- All Miscellaneous court-related works.
Remuneration: As per evaluation on the basis of your experience and caliber and as per industrial standards
Timings: 09.45 A.M. to 07.30 P.M.
