Opportunities to be offered:-
* Experience to participate in proceedings at trial court and high court.
* Opportunity to argue independently on miscellaneous applications.
* Opportunity to participate in cross examination of witnesses.
* 1st hand experience of handling cases in civil as well criminal court’s, labour courts and consumer forum and etc.
* 1st hand experience of handling mediation proceedings.
* Opportunity to assist in civil and criminal cases listed before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.

Requisite Qualifications and qualities :
* PQE: 0-5years
* Growth oriented mindset
* Well versed with the basics of legal drafting
* Working knowledge of institutions of trail and Hon’ble high courts
* E-fillings, OCR, Bookmarking
* Basic to advance level command on oral and written legal English
* Good understanding of laws of the land.
Roles and responsibilities :
* Reviewing and drafting various legal documents, written statements, complaints, petitions, legal notices and etc.
* Preparing case briefs
* Independently handling miscellaneous applications in the respective courts.
* All Miscellaneous court related works
Remuneration: As per evaluation on the basis of your experience and caliber and as per industrial standards.
Timings: 09.45 Am to 07.30Pm
