Khaitan & Co has onboarded Alpesh Parekh as a Partner in its Pune office. Parekh brings over 18 years of experience in real estate, advising developers, investors, and multinationals.
He has also handled revenue litigation and complex land transactions.Previously a Partner at AZB & Partners, Parekh served there for nearly 12 years. He holds a BLS, LLB, and a diploma in IPR from Symbiosis University.
Khaitan & Co recently moved to a larger office in Pune. The firm aims to further strengthen its real estate practice across Maharashtra with Parekh’s leadership.
