About the Organiser
Maharashtra Judicial Reforms Council is a part of the National Judicial Reforms Council working under the aegis of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), which is a premier National Business Chamber for Women envisioning Global Impact for Women Entrepreneurs, Businesswomen and Professionals from all walks of life.

The Keynote Speaker of the webinar will be Prof. Dr. Shashikant Hajare.
Prof. Dr. Shashikant Hajare, has completed Bsc. LLB, LLM and Ph.D in constitutional law. He holds enormous experience as researcher, as he has presented his research papers at various national and international levels. He has also worked as a Full-time principal for 3 years at Army Law College, Pune and has also served as a full time lecturer for almost 15 years at Symbiosis International College. He has given many guest lectures on topic encircling his areas of expertise, ie. Constitution. He has judged various moot court competition across Pune, in colleges like Bhartiya Vidyapeeth and BMCC. Moreover, sir has also published a book on “The Law of Parliamentary Privileges in India: Problems and Prospects”.
