About IFIM Law School

IFIM Law School, Bengaluru was established in 2014 and is based out of the Silicon Valley of India. About the Competition

The Moot Court Committee at IFIM Law School is proud to present the “4th IFIM National Moot Court Competition, 2025” which will be conducted from 21st to 24th August, 2025. This Competition edition aims to provide law students with a platform to showcase their skills and deepen their understanding of Human Rights. This theme compels legal systems to confront the adequacy of existing human rights frameworks in safeguarding individual identity and truth. The expertly crafted moot problem will enable students to engage with real-world scenarios, enhancing their legal reasoning and advocacy skills in the complex field of competition law.

Eligibility:

A maximum of 48 teams shall be registered on a first-come first-serve basis.

The Competition is open to students currently enrolled in LL.B. Degree Courses (3 years/5 years) from any institution recognized by the Bar Council of India.

There can be a maximum of 2 teams from each Institution/College.

Location:

IFIM Law School Campus, 8 P & 9 P, KIADB Industrial Area, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangaluru, Karnataka – 560100

Prizes:

The Winning Team shall be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 60,000 along with a Trophy and Certificates.

The Runner-Up Team shall be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 40,000 along with a Trophy and Certificates.

Best Speaker Male, Best Speaker Female, Best Researcher, Best Memorial – Petitioner, and Best Memorial – Respondent shall be awarded Rs. 10,000 each along with Trophies and Certificates.

  • Last Date of Early Bird Registration – 25th June, 2025
  • Last Date for Final Registration – 28th July, 2025
  • Last Date for Seeking for Clarifications – 29th July, 2025
  • Last Date for Memorial Submission (Soft Copy) – 14th August, 2025
  • Dates of the Competition -21st to 24th August, 2025

Registration Fee:

The Registration Fee is Rs. 6000 per team. However, teams can pay a discounted amount of Rs. 4,500 if they register before 25th June, 2024. An additional amount of Rs. 1500 must be paid by any team that wants to opt for accommodation.
