ABOUT THE DREAM LAW
DreamLaw, an initiative by Deadly Law group, is an Ed-Tech Platform with the vision to simplify law and legal studies in a way that even a layman can understand it. At DreamLaw our aim is to create a passage for everyone so as to have an access to quality legal education in India. The motive behind launching DreamLaw was to create resources for practical legal education since textbook learning, a common mode of teaching in law schools, have far been removed from the realities and needs of the legal industry.
ABOUT WORKSHOP
This two-day free workshop on Criminal Drafting is designed to provide legal professionals, students, and aspiring advocates with the essential skills required for effective criminal litigation. Experienced lawyers will guide participants through important topics like procedure of trial court and high court and the future of bail and sentencing reforms. Through interactive sessions, participants will gain hands-on experience in drafting legal documents, understanding procedural intricacies, and refining their advocacy techniques. The workshop will also focus on practical applications, enabling attendees to draft charge sheets, bail applications, and revision petitions with confidence. By the end of this workshop, participants will have a strong grasp of criminal drafting fundamentals and be well-equipped to navigate the complexities of criminal law practice effectively.
