Despite the progress made in empowering women, there is a critical need for more robust policies and laws in the field of entrepreneurship, finance, sports, politics, education, technology, entertainment, and journalism, to ensure they receive the opportunities and protections they deserve.
This conference will serve as a platform to engage in thoughtful discussions on the current state of women-centric policies, laws, and reforms pertaining to their roles in varied fields.
The conference welcomes both men and women comprising of undergraduate students, academicians, scholars, professionals etc. to contribute their academic research and present the same before the esteemed panel of adjudicators comprising of academicians, lawyers, industry expert, etc. that will shed light on these critical issues.
Through this conference, we are also convening voices from diverse sectors to engage in a vivid and comprehensive discourse on the progress, challenges, and the road ahead for women in India. 1.About Ms. Nivedita Chauhan, Advocate, Hon’ble Supreme court of India and the State president, Madhya Pradesh, youth & community empowerment council – WICCI:
Ms. Nivedita Chauhan, being the President of YCEC, WICCI for the State of Madhya Pradesh and an advocate by profession, is passionate to work for the society and serve the community at large (especially the youth of the Country). She has organized various legal awareness camps and is an active participant in the promotion of Human Rights wherein she also conducted a workshop towards self-defence techniques for the benefit of women, young girls and boys in association with the Directorate of Youth & Sports Welfare.
Also, being an able advocate practising pan India, she is a Co-Founder of Chambers of Abhinav Mishra, Advocates & Solicitors and holds an expertise & has worked rigorously on Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial and Intellectual Property Laws matters over the years. She holds a Masters’ Degree in IPR & Technology law from O.P. Jindal Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University. She has been an asset to the legal fraternity and has worked extensively with a number of Start-Ups and advised such companies on various legal and regulatory compliances and has also assisted in execution of various agreements and is presently a legal consultant to Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited and a Panel Advocate to Delhi Agricultural Marketing Board. Shepossesses a dedicated & meticulous approach which allowed her to provide able assistance in procurement of several notable judgments in her prime years of litigation/ dispute resolution.

- Word limit:
- Apaper must comprehensively analyze the issue that the author seeks to highlight. It must contain anin-depth study of the status quo or a contemporary issue in any sub-theme. A long paper should be between 2,000-10,000 words.
- The word limit is exclusive of footnotes. However, depending upon the quality and depth of research, relaxation may be given and the word limit may vary.
- The paper must contain an Abstract of 150-300 words with 3-7 Keywords.
- CITATION STYLE: OSCOLA 4thedn citation method must be followed.
- The format of the main text and the footnotes
- The Times New Roman Font with a Font size of 12 and Line spacing of 1.5 is prescribed for all entries.
- Further, the footnotes shall be in Times New Roman Font with Font size 10 and Line spacing of 1.0 shall be followed respectively.
- The Submission must be made in MS Word format only.
- All submissions must be accompanied by
- A separate document containing the biographical information of the authors, including the following details: Name, E-mail address, Name and Address of Institution, Course, Contact number, and Academic Year.
- No reference to the name or the affiliations of the author(s) must be present in the text of the submission and must only be provided in a separate document.
- Co-authorship is allowed, to a maximum of two authors.
- The abstract should be written in the Manuscript.
- Note: Failure to adhere to the guidelines in the submissions shall lead to outright rejection of such paper(s).
- Publication policy
- All the submissions sent must be original and should not have been published nor should they be under consideration for publication in any other journal.
- Plagiarism up to 15% is allowed.
- The Editors reserve the right to delete or edit any paper or part thereof whose content is found to be offensive, defamatory, outrightly unethical, or if it is suggestive of racism, sexual or religious discrimination, illegal or terror activities, etc.
- The Publication of apaper will be subject to Editorial Review and an8-layer review process will be conducted and the author have to make the corrections as per the review by the JCLJ Board.
- The decision of the Board will be binding regarding Publication or Alterations or Rejection of a Manuscript.
